📋 Overview
InvoicePrime ("we", "our", or "the app") is an offline invoice generator for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, where it is stored, and how it is used.
By using InvoicePrime, you agree to this policy.
🗄️ Data We Store
All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device using Android's Room database and DataStore. This includes:
- Your business name, address, email, phone, and logo
- Customer names and contact details
- Products and services you create
- Invoice records and line items
- App settings (currency, tax rate, invoice prefix)
None of this data is ever sent to us or any third party. There are no servers, no accounts, and no cloud sync.
🌐 Internet Access
InvoicePrime does not request the INTERNET permission and cannot make network connections. All functionality is fully offline.
🔐 Permissions

Same purpose as above on older Android versions. Not requested on Android 13+. |
No other permissions are requested. No location No contacts No camera
📄 PDF Files
When you generate an invoice PDF, the file is created in your device's private app cache folder (/data/data/com.invoiceprime/cache/invoices/). You can share or download it using the built-in Share and Download buttons. Shared files are sent directly from your device to the app or person you choose — InvoicePrime has no involvement in that transfer.
🔄 Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note the change in the app's Play Store release notes. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
