Information Stored On Your Device
To let you keep your progress between play sessions, the App saves a small amount of gameplay data locally on your device only, using Android's private app storage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. It includes:
- Your ticket balance and unlocked cosmetic items
- High scores and Retro Cup tournament results
- Unlocked achievements and games-played counters
- App settings such as music/sound volume and vibration preference
This data is removed automatically if you uninstall the App, or if you clear the App's storage from your device's Android settings.
Permissions
The App requests the following device permission:
VIBRATE— used only to trigger haptic feedback during gameplay (e.g. when you take damage or clear a level). This does not involve collecting or transmitting any data.
The App also declares visibility into the Google Play Store app on your device (an Android "package visibility" declaration, not a data-access permission), solely so the in-app "Rate Us" button can open your app's Play Store listing directly instead of a web browser.
Children's Privacy
The App is a general-audience retro arcade game and is not directed specifically at children. Because the App collects no personal data from any user, regardless of age, no additional children's-data handling applies. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us — though by design, this should not be possible, since the App has no means of collecting or transmitting any information.
Data Retention and Deletion
Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. All gameplay data lives exclusively in the App's local storage on your device and is under your control at all times — you can erase it at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
